Asa Commercial Service Electrician ,youwillworkdirectlywithcommercialandresidentialcustomerstoprovidehigh-quality,code-compliantelectricalsolutionsthroughouttheDMVarea.

Youwillinstall,maintain,andrepairelectricalwiring,fixtures,panels,andequipmentinbothcommercialandresidentialsettings-runningcallsindependentlywhilecollaboratingwiththebroaderserviceteamtoensureexceptionalcustomeroutcomes.

Youwillalsomentoranassignedapprentice,helpingtodevelopthenextgenerationofskilledelectriciansonourteam.

• Install,maintain,andrepairelectricalwiring,fixtures,panels,andequipmentincommercialandresidentialsettings.
• Installconduitsystems,feeder wire,andelectricalpanels.
• Troubleshootelectricalissuesandprovideeffective,code-compliant solutions.
• Identifyandresolvesafetyhazardsandcodeviolations,ensuringallworkmeetstheNECandapplicable
  
  Marylandandlocalstandards.
• Repairorreplacebrokenorfaultyelectricalequipment.
• Readandinterpretelectricaldrawings,blueprints,andschematicsforbothcommercialandresidentialprojects.
• PerformsafetychecksonelectricalequipmenttoensurecompliancewithsafetyregulationsandtheNEC.
• Train,mentor,andprovidehands-onguidancetoassignedapprenticestopromoteskilldevelopmentandsafeworkpractices.
• Communicateclearlyandconsistentlywithcustomers,team members,andtheofficetoensurejobcompletionandcustomersatisfaction.
• Maintainaccuratejobrecords,includingworkperformed,materials used,andtimespent.
• Acquireallmaterialsnecessarytocompleteapprovedservicecallsandprojectsefficiently.
• Buildandmaintainstrongcustomerrelationshipsthroughprofessionalism,positive communication,andexpertservice.
• Identifyandpresentadditionalserviceopportunitiestosupportcustomersafetyandsatisfaction.
• Adheretoallcompanypoliciesandsafetyprotocols,includingthesafeoperationofacompanyvehicle.

• Valid Maryland State Journeyperson Electrician License (oravalidlicensefromastatewithMarylandreciprocity),withaminimumof3yearsofelectricalexperience.(Required)
• High School Diplomaor GED.(Required)
• Strongworkingknowledgeofthe National Electrical Code (NEC) and applicable
  
  Maryland codes.(Required)
• Demonstratedabilitytoreadandinterpreteelectricalblueprintsandschematics.(Required)
• Valid driver'slicensewithacleandrivingrecord.(Required)
• Abilitytopassabackgroundcheckanddrugtest.(Required)
• Strongproficiencyin English—bothwrittenandverbal—toensureeffectivecommunicationwithcustomers,team members,andtheoffice.(Required)
• Abilitytoworkwithhandtoolsandsafelyoperatepowertools.(Required)
• Abilitytolift
  50+pounds,squat,bend,andclimbladdersasrequiredbythejob.(Required)
• Strongtroubleshootingandproblem-solving skills,withattentiontodetail.(Required)
• WillingnesstotraveldailywithintheDMVservicearea.(Required)

• OSHA
  10orOSHA
  30certification.
• CPR/First Aid certification.
• Experience with Service Fusionorsimilarfieldservicemanagementsoftware .
• Residentialelectricalserviceexperience-thisrolerunsbothcommercialandresidentialcalls,sodualexperienceishighlyvaluable.
