• Troubleshootelectricalissuesanddeliverclear,effectivesolutionswithdetailedexplanationsofoptionsandrecommendations.
• Identifyandresolvesafetyhazardsandcodeviolations,ensuringallworkmeetsapplicableNEC,Maryland,andlocalstandards.
• Present flat-ratepricingoptionstocustomersinaclear,professional manner.
• Repairandinstallelectricalsystems,wiring,circuit breakers,panels,andequipmenttoensuresafety,full functionality,andcodecompliance.
• Measure,cut,andbendconduitfornewandexistinginstallations.
• Acquireallnecessarymaterialstocompleteapprovedworkefficiently.
• Maintainacleanandorganizedworkareathroughouttheprojectanduponcompletion.
• Completealldocumentationaccuratelyandpromptlyuponjobcompletionorestimaterequests.
• Buildandmaintainstrongcustomerrelationshipsthroughprofessionalism,positive communication,andexpertservice.
• Identifyandpresentadditionalserviceopportunitiestosupportcustomersafetyandsatisfaction.
• Communicateclearlyandconsistentlywiththeoffice,customers,andfellowteammembers.

• Valid Maryland State Journeyperson Electrician License (oravalidlicensefromastatewithMarylandreciprocity),withaminimumof3yearsoffieldexperience.(Required)
• High School Diplomaor GED.(Required)
• Strongworkingknowledgeofthe National Electrical Code (NEC) andresidentialcodesapplicableto

• Valid driver'slicensewithacleandrivingrecord.(Required)
• Strongproficiencyin English—bothwrittenandverbal—toensureeffectivecommunicationwithcustomers,team members,andtheoffice.(Required)
• Abilitytoworkwithhandtools(e.g.,wire strippers,screwdrivers,testers) andsafelyoperatepowertools.(Required)
• Abilitytolift
  50+pounds,squat,bend,andclimbladdersasrequiredbythejob.(Required)
• WillingnesstotraveldailywithintheDMVservicearea.(Required)

• OSHA
  10orOSHA
  30certification.
• CPR/First Aid certification.
• Experience with Service Fusionorsimilarfieldservicemanagementsoftware .
• Commercialelectricalserviceexperience,orawillingnesstolearnandexpandintocommercialworkalongsideyourresidentialresponsibilities.

Compensation

• Wage Range:$28.00–$48.00perhour(minimumtomaximum),basedonskillsandexperience.
• Weeklypay.
• Weeklycellphonereimbursement.
