Fortivo Property Services is a disaster restoration and reconstruction company headquartered in Rockville, Maryland, serving homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients throughout the DC, Maryland, and Virginia region. When a pipe bursts, a fire breaks out, or a storm hits, we are the team that shows up, stabilizes the property, and puts it back together. We are licensed in Maryland and DC and are growing our field team.
WhyThis Role Is Different
At many larger restoration companies, technicians can spend years on the truck with no clear next step. Fortivo is building its field team now, which means the people who join early have a real opportunity to grow with the company. This position is structured as a development track — from Restoration Technician, to Lead Technician, to Project Manager running jobs from first call through closeout — for team members who demonstrate the skill, reliability, and judgment to get there.
We invest in IICRC certifications, and pay increases are tied to the certifications you earn.
