We're looking for a full stack Senior Software Engineer to lead development of our platforms using Java, SQL-Server/Oracle, React

JS, Spring, web services and UI frameworks. If this sounds like you, please come join our elite team of engineers.

• Participate in architecture, design & development of various software components of our large technical platform providing efficient, secure, and reliable services to large financial institutions.
• Play an active role in an agile team responsible for all phases of software development process from technical design and delivery estimates to implementation, testing, defect management and support.
• Design, develop, and release highly scalable distributed applications, processes and services that manipulate large datasets in seconds.
• Design, & develop rich user interfaces to support complex business workflows.

• Bachelor/master’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
• 5 – 10 years of current software development experience with large, complex systems.
• 5-10 years of progressive industry experience with Java.
• 3+ years of real industry experience in developing REST APIs using CXF or Spring.
• 3+ years of experience building rich user interfaces using React
  
  JS, Angular
  
  JS, or JSF.
• 2+ years of experience working with Linux.
• 2+ years of experience with MS SQL Server or Oracle.
• Proficient in using popular design patterns and Java frameworks.
• Proficient in object-oriented programming.
• Great analytical, reasoning, debugging, and problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good understanding of HTML 5, CSS 3, and SAML

• Experience with macro services architecture and API managers
• Experience with Eclipse, Visual Studio Code IDEs
• Experience with SVN/ Git Hub and MAVEN/ Gradle.
• Experience with Jenkins/ Hudson build tools.
• Experience with Tomcat.
• Experience with JSF/ JSPs.
• Familiarity with OAuth, OWASP standards
• Familiarity with Automated testing and source code analysis tools
• Familiarity with Splunk/ Gray log tools

This role is based in Rockville, MD.

• The Rockville office located is one mile from the Shady Grove Red Line metro station, with free shuttle service between the metro and office.

Base salary:
The Rockville, MD expected base pay range is $115,000- $145,000 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and level of education.

The role is bonus or sales incentive eligible.
