Senior Full-Stack Developer

Engineering Remote / Rockville, MD Full-time Public Trust

As a Senior Full-Stack Developer at Softek, you will design and build modern web applications serving federal agencies. You will work across the stack - React and Next.js on the frontend, .NET and Node.js on the backend - deploying to AWS Gov Cloud and Azure Government environments. You will collaborate directly with government stakeholders and participate in Agile ceremonies to deliver mission-critical systems.

• Design and implement full-stack features using React, Next.js, .NET, and Node.js
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and GraphQL services
• Write unit and integration tests to maintain high code quality
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Collaborate with UX designers and product owners on feature requirements
• Deploy and maintain applications in AWS Gov Cloud and Azure Government

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience
• Strong proficiency in React/Type Script and .NET or Node.js
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency

• Experience with federal IT projects or FedRAMP environments
• Knowledge of Section 508 accessibility compliance
• Experience with Next.js, Tailwind CSS, or similar modern frameworks
• Active Public Trust or higher clearance
