We are currently seeking a FULL STACK DEVELOPER (React + .NET) to join our team in Rockville, Maryland (US-MD), United States (US).

The Full‑Stack React + .NET Developer will design and develop end‑to‑end enterprise applications using React (front‑end) and .NET Core/C# (backend). You will support modernization initiatives, cloud engineering, integration architecture, Dev Ops pipelines, and secure full‑stack delivery for mission‑critical systems.

Front‑End Engineering

• Develop reusable UI components, optimize client‑side rendering, and ensure accessibility compliance.
• Develop backend features using C#, ASP.NET Core/MVC, REST APIs, and microservices patterns.
• Implement SQL Server stored procedures, queries, and optimized data‑access strategies.
• Integrate front‑end and back‑end systems using REST APIs, JSON, XML, and cloud‑native components.
• Support distributed systems, domain‑driven design, and clean architecture practices.
• Contribute to cloud deployments in Azure/AWS, including serverless components, containers, and orchestration.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, secure code scanning, and automated testing.
• Use Git Hub Copilot / OpenAI Codex to enhance productivity and engineering excellence.

• Bachelors degree, One-and-one- half (1.5) years of additional experience can substitute for one (1) year of a typical degree program.
• Minimum 8 years of full‑stack development experience  + React.
• Minimum 6 years of experience with SQL Server, modern Dev Ops practices, and Git Lab/Git Hub workflows.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with AI‑assisted engineering tools.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust Clearance

• Experience with Azure PaaS, AWS services, microservices, and containers.
• Knowledge of modern front‑end build tools, micro‑frontends, and distributed UI patterns.
• Exposure to AI/ML, cognitive services, and advanced API ecosystems.
• Strong architectural, API design, and full‑stack optimization skills.
• Demonstrated mentorship ability and technical leadership

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this role is $106,480 - $159,720. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. If the position offered in temporary, the position will not be eligible for incentive compensation.
