Blockchain Developer

We measure our technology engineers by what they make easy for everyone else, and that's the Blockchain Developer bar in Rockville. The $106,000 - $143,000 is the floor, not the ceiling; with 4 years and technology ownership, this Apple role keeps rising.

• Re-architect the technology flow so Elasticsearch handles ten times Rockville's current load
• Collaborate with product and design teams to ship features end to end
• Ship the community-minded Ruby features that move Apple's technology roadmap forward
• Prototype proof-of-concept solutions for emerging technology requirements
• Negotiate Git Lab CI tradeoffs with product when Apple timelines and reality collide

• A communication style that translates jargon back into plain English
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal oversight
• Sound instincts for reading a room you've never been in before
• A MD sensibility, or genuine curiosity about this market
• Clarity of thought that shows up in tidy documentation

Founded by engineers who believe small teams ship great software, Apple now serves customers across the country from its Rockville, MD office. Slack threads here stay civil because we critique the Spring Boot work, not the human behind it.

Apple offers $106,000 - $143,000 plus the autonomy to set your own schedule and the support to keep growing.
