With plans to integrate multiple operating companies into a centralized platform and pursue an aggressive acquisition strategy, the organization is seeking a hands‑on Controller to lead and modernize its accounting function.

This is a high‑impact opportunity for a construction accounting professional who thrives in a lean, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys building scalable processes, strengthening financial controls, and supporting business growth through acquisitions. The Controller will replace the company's existing fractional accounting support, establish a more robust internal accounting function, and manage a small team of field‑based accounting professionals.
