As a Locum OB Hospitalist, you will provide essential obstetric and gynecologic care, ensuring the safety and well-being of new mothers and their babies during weekend shifts. Required Skills:

Valid medical license in Texas Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology Proven experience in obstetric inpatient care and management of labor and delivery Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to work independently and handle urgent obstetric situations efficiently Nice to Have

Skills:

Experience with expedited hospital privileges Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems Previous locum tenens or hospitalist experience Bilingual abilities, especially Spanish, are a plus Preferred

Education and Experience:

Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in obstetrics Prior experience working as a hospitalist or in a similar inpatient OB role Other Requirements:
