TrendHR is partnering with a thriving, physician‑owned Direct Primary Care practice in Rockwall, Texas, to identify a Family Medicine Physician who is ready for a different way to practice medicine. The practice was built by a physician/owner who left traditional corporate medicine to create a patient‑centered model focused on protecting the physician‑patient relationship, reducing administrative burden, and giving physicians greater autonomy.

Patients participate through a monthly membership rather than traditional insurance billing for routine primary care. The practice provides outpatient primary care to patients of all ages and does not provide obstetric care. A manageable panel of approximately 500 patients at capacity allows physicians to build meaningful long‑term relationships while maintaining a more sustainable approach to medicine.

Guaranteed base salary of $6,250 per month while building a patient panel until 160 patients is reached.
