A leading manufacturing company in Rockwall, Texas is seeking an Industrial Engineering Technician to provide technical support in manufacturing processes and champion continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering and 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include supporting process standardization, leading projects, and collaborating across functions.
