Job Description:

We are looking to add a member to the team to answer phones, proof timecards, assist employees with entering electronic timecards/viewing pay stubs in eConnect, and prepare daily mail and Fed Ex packages. Our process includes weekly payroll for hundreds of clients with thousands of employees. The payroll team ensures that we have collected and entered the information in time to submit payroll each week.

• Assist employees and branches with job assignments in eConnect
• Collect, review, and approve proofs for payroll processing
• Meet deadlines for weekly payroll submission
• Respond professionally and promptly to client or employee questions
• Develop awareness to identify potential problems before payroll is finalized
• Become the SME on branch relationships and expectations
• Create and manage the SOP for this position and develop backup plans for continuity in the position
• Other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or associate’s degree
• Experience in Payroll, Staffing, or a related field preferred
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced process
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional math skills
• Proficiency with computers (Microsoft Outlook and Excel)
• High level of efficiency and accuracy
• Willingness to comply with all local, state, federal, and company regulations
• Attention to detail and the ability to analyze large amounts of data
