The Hiley Family of dealerships is a locally owned family business that has sold more than 300,000 vehicles. Randy Hiley moved to Fort Worth, Texas in 1967 to work for his uncle, Dub Shaw, a Fort Worth Ford Dealer. He worked there for several years and then went to work for local competition Charlie Hillard, where he worked for fourteen years, later becoming vice-president over seven franchises.

Hiley Chevrolet is seeking a valet for our Service Department. Excellent opportunity to get in on the ground floor with a company that believes in promoting from within! Previous automotive experience is NOT REQUIRED for this position. Qualified candidates will have a valid driver's license, and a consistent work track record, and the physical ability to work on their feet for an entire shift. We are looking for someone who works hard, communicates clearly and is interested in a real career with long term potential, not just a job.

• Greet clients in a warm and friendly manner.
• Organize vehicles to be merchandised for sale.
• Carefully moving vehicles in and out of the shop for service.
• Light washing of vehicles for customers.
• Assistance with general clean up such as policing the outside facility for trash.
• Follow OSHA guidelines for workplace safety.
• Complete training for certification as assigned by management.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

• Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
• Ready to waste no time on learning new product in’s and out’s, eager to improve
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• Hourly compensation of $15 to $17 per hour based on experience.
