  • Review and approve high‑volume WC requests from staffing partners.
  • Manage 3–5 claims per month in coordination with carriers and TPAs.
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports to carriers.
  • Lead or support internal, carrier, and state audits.
  • Partner with the CFO during renewals and program analysis.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Workers’ Compensation, Underwriting, or Risk Management.
  • Background in PEO, Staffing, or Employer of Record environments strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of NCCI classification systems and state‑specific codes.
  • Experience managing high‑volume WC requests.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
What We Offer
  • Competitive pay between $80,000 and $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • 100% employer‑paid medical coverage for employees.
  • A financially strong, growth‑oriented company with a 19‑year track record.
  • Direct access to executive leadership.
  • Opportunity for career advancement as the company continues to grow.

If you are a hands‑on Workers’ Compensation professional who enjoys high‑volume, multi‑state work and wants to grow with a thriving organization, we encourage you to apply today.

Compensation: $100,000 per year
