Compensation: $125-130K
One of Vaco's midmarket clients in the East Dallas area has given us the exclusive search to onboard an Accounting Manager as a newly‑created role due to growth. Looking for folks that have managed midsized teams and been directly involved in complex accounting environments that have included process improvement projects and cleaning up the Balance Sheet.

Role- Oversee and manage the general accounting functions related to a specific subset of accounts on the GL.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP or IFRS.
- Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to maintain financial integrity.
- Monitor and manage the month‑end and year‑end close processes.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Manage and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance and performance feedback.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial decision‑making and operational efficiency.

- the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure.
