The onsite Greenville Program Planner/Scheduler is responsible for development, integration and maintenance of complex program schedules, including resource loading, cost/schedule integration, and comprehensive schedule analysis. The role supports program planning activities and facilitates integration of inputs across all program areas. The successful candidate will collaborate with all elements of the program team to develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and ensure alignment with program objectives.

• Develop, maintain, and coordinate Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) to support program objectives and contractual requirements.
• Perform detailed schedule analysis for assigned programs or projects, ensuring integration across all functional groups.
• Conduct Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA), integrate subcontractor schedules, and identify and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts.
• Utilize Gantt charts, milestone charts, critical and driving path analysis, earned value management, and other project management techniques to monitor progress and identify performance variances.
• Ensure compliance with internal program procedures and project control system guidelines.
• Lead and participate in scheduling status reviews and provide regular updates to program leadership.
• Collaborate with the Program Management Office to develop and maintain IMS, including standard phases, gates, contract data requirements, and resource loading, for both development and production programs.
• Analyze program schedules to assess resource needs, schedule status, architecture, critical path, variance, network logic, and baseline maintenance across the enterprise.
• Coordinate with Control Account Managers (CAMs) and cross‑functional Integrated Product Team (IPT) members in the development, maintenance and analysis of work package schedules.
• Provide insights into program scheduling trends and best practices to assist program teams in developing achievable schedules.
• Perform Monte Carlo Schedule Risk Assessments (SRA) on key programs as part of standard work processes.
• Manage risk and opportunity within the IMS, ensuring proactive identification and mitigation of schedule risks.
• Maintain end‑to‑end ownership of schedule integration between supplemental schedules, the IMS, and the Program Summary Master Schedule.
• Identify and recommend effective mitigation plans to ensure the IMS serves as a predictive and valuable management tool.
• Support multiple programs of varying complexity simultaneously.
• Drive process improvements to achieve program goals and enhance scheduling practices.
• Mentor program teams and CAMs in scheduling best practices and Earned Value Management (EVM) methodologies.

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
• Demonstrated ability to interface with and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Suite to include Project, Excel (including Pivot Tables), Word, and PowerPoint.
