Rockwall, TX
Canadian Executive Search Group (CES), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions (AWS), is hiring reliable Machine Operators for a full-time manufacturing opportunity in Rockwall, TX.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking motivated Machine Operators to support daily manufacturing operations. This position is responsible for operating production equipment, monitoring machine performance, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring products are produced safely and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities- Operate and monitor production machinery according to company procedures.
- Set up, load, and unload materials into machines as needed.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and report machine issues to supervisors.
- Complete production paperwork and documentation accurately.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Assist with other manufacturing duties as assigned.
Location:
Rockwall, TX
Pay Rate: $18.00–$20.00/hr (Based on experience)
Start Date:
Hiring Immediately
- Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to operate and monitor production equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues.
- Ability to stand, walk, and work in a manufacturing environment for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
- Must be willing to work a 12-hour shift schedule.
- Must pass a drug screening.
