Registered Nurse/RN – Mother/Baby Full Time Nights

Work location:

Texas Health Rockwall – 3150 Horizon Rd, Rockwall, TX 75032

Work hours:

Full‑Time, 36 hours weekly, Night shifts 7pm‑7am (3 shifts per week), including weekends

Training:
Must attend corporate office training in Arlington 8am‑5pm for the first 1‑5 days of hire

• Nursing Diploma required or
• Associate’s degree in Nursing required or
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
• 1 year experience as registered nurse or completion of an RN residency program required
• 3 years of Mother‑Baby/Postpartum experience strongly preferred
• Texas RN – Registered Nurse required upon hire
• BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support required upon hire and maintained quarterly
• NRP – Neonatal Resuscitation Program required within 90 days of hire
• CPI – Crisis Prevention Intervention Training required within 90 days of hire and maintained annually
• High degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, ability to function in fast‑paced environment
