Work location:
Texas Health Rockwall – 3150 Horizon Rd, Rockwall, TX 75032
Work hours:
Full‑Time, 36 hours weekly, Night shifts 7pm‑7am (3 shifts per week), including weekends
Training:
Must attend corporate office training in Arlington 8am‑5pm for the first 1‑5 days of hire

New and advanced equipment and technology Qualifications- Nursing Diploma required or
- Associate’s degree in Nursing required or
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
- 1 year experience as registered nurse or completion of an RN residency program required
- 3 years of Mother‑Baby/Postpartum experience strongly preferred
- Texas RN – Registered Nurse required upon hire
- BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support required upon hire and maintained quarterly
- NRP – Neonatal Resuscitation Program required within 90 days of hire
- CPI – Crisis Prevention Intervention Training required within 90 days of hire and maintained annually
- High degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, ability to function in fast‑paced environment
- Basic Human Needs – Responds to others' priorities regarding safety, physical, psychological, and social needs
- Human Respect – Honors worth of humans through unconditional acceptance
- Appreciation of Unique Meanings – Concerned with understanding others' frame of reference
- Affiliation Needs – Engages family/caregivers in health care situations
