Work location: Texas Health Rockwall – 3150 Horizon Rd, Rockwall, TX 75032
Work hours: Part Time, 24 hours weekly (2 12‑hour night shifts, including weekends and holidays)
Training: Must be able to attend corporate office training in Arlington, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., during first 1–5 days of hire

- Nursing Diploma required, or
- Associate’s degree in Nursing required, or
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
- 1 year experience as registered nurse or completion of an RN residency program required
- 1 year of Neonatal ICU experience strongly preferred
- Texas RN license required upon hire
- BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support required upon hire and maintained quarterly
- NRP – Essential Neonatal Resuscitation Program required within 90 days of hire
- NRPA – Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program required within 90 days of hire
- CPI – Crisis Prevention Intervention Training required within 90 days of hire and maintained annually
- High degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast‑paced environment
