As a CNC, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our patients.

• Provide personalized care to patients under the supervision of licensed nursing staff

• Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitor and report patient vital signs and condition to licensed nursing staff

• Support patients with mobility and ambulation needs

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams
