We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our dedicated team at Rockwall Wellness & Rehabilitation, located in Rockwall, Texas, United States. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our mission to deliver exceptional healthcare services.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses and physicians. Your duties will include:

• Assisting patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitoring vital signs and reporting changes to licensed staff

• Assisting with range of motion exercises and ambulation

• Maintaining a clean and organized patient environment

• Provide individualized patient care that meets the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients

• Assist patients with personal care and daily living activities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans

• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and vital signs

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes

• Must be a graduate of an approved Certified Nursing Assistant program

• Possess a current Certified Nursing Assistant certification

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
