- Perform machine setup and calibration based on provided instructions.
- Operate and inspect components using an inspection microscope.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with company standards.

- Follow instructions accurately, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Train and mentor other optical quality control technicians.
- Adhere to schedules and meet project deadlines consistently.
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency.
- Possess strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Utilize basic Microsoft Office programs (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Understand basic principles of optics and optical inspection.
