Our kitchen team members are responsible for prepping, cooking, and plating The Brass Tap’s menu items according to recipe procedures. - Follow food safety guidelines for cooking, cooling & storage
- Follow safety and sanitation procedures
- Follow recipe procedures
- Keep equipment clean and organized
- Complete duties without constant supervision
- Minimum age 18 or older, based on state and local requirement
- Available to work weekend and holiday shifts
- Ability to read tickets, recipes, prep sheets, spec charts in English
- Able to competently operate the grill, fryers, oven and other kitchen equipment
- Continuous standing, bending and lifting up to 60 pounds
- Exposure to heat of equipment and kitchen environment
