Homecare Marketing Representative

Home Well Care Services, a nationally recognized home‑care agency, is hiring a Business Development Representative to join our team in Garland, Texas. The role focuses on generating new business in the home‑care and senior‑care market through relationship building with referral sources.

• Build and maintain lasting relationships with new and existing referral sources such as hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, rehab centers, home‑health and hospice agencies, senior centers, and other community organizations.
• Meet monthly sales goals and referral quotas.
• Travel locally within the DFW‑Rockwall/Garland, Rowlett, Sachse area to meet with professional referral sources.
• Conduct in‑person, face‑to‑face visits with a minimum of eight accounts per day.
• Coordinate with management on diverse marketing strategies and report field activity.
• Identify new opportunities for business growth.
• Demonstrate value for the health‑care organizations being visited.
• Attend senior‑focused networking meetings and events.

• Passionate about helping seniors live with dignity.
• Minimum of two years’ healthcare experience in sales or marketing.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Excellent follow‑up, planning, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
