• Sell and promote Allstate insurance products to new and existing customers
• Maintain high levels of client retention and satisfaction through excellent service and follow‑up
• Develop and strengthen relationships with clients, ensuring detailed understanding of their insurance needs
• Meet and exceed sales goals with a commission‑driven focus
• Our current top producers are earning $100k+ in annual compensation

• Must have an Active Property and Casualty License
• At least 3 years of property and casualty insurance sales experience
• Strong history of top sales performance
• Allstate insurance sales experience preferred, but not required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
• High energy, strong interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude
• Detail‑oriented and compliance‑focused
• Excellent relationship‑building skills, aimed at maintaining a high level of client retention and satisfaction
• Driven, goal‑oriented, and ready to achieve and exceed sales goals
