Licensed Insurance Sales Producer - Farmers Insurance

Charles Wade Farmers Insurance Agency is hiring a motivated Licensed Insurance Sales Producer to join our team in Rockwall, TX.

We are looking for a sales-driven professional who enjoys building relationships, following up with leads, and helping customers find insurance coverage that fits their needs.

This is a full-time, in-office insurance sales position offering base salary plus commission and bonus opportunities. You'll work with prospective and existing customers while developing your career in the insurance industry.

• Prospect and develop new insurance sales opportunities
• Contact and follow up with prospective customers
• Provide insurance quotes and conduct sales presentations
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
• Follow up on unsold quotes and existing sales opportunities
• Cross-sell additional insurance products when appropriate
• Build relationships with new and existing customers
• Conduct policy reviews
• Generate referrals and develop new leads
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline
• Accurately document customer and prospect information
• Work toward individual and agency sales goals
• Follow agency procedures and applicable insurance requirements

• Must currently hold at least one active Texas Property & Casualty (P&C) or Life & Health (L&H) insurance license
• Must obtain the additional required insurance license during the probationary period
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with prospecting, outbound calling, and sales follow-up
• Goal-oriented and motivated by sales results
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Coachable and willing to participate in ongoing training
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven sales environment
• Basic computer and digital office skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work full-time in our Rockwall, Texas office
• Previous insurance sales experience is preferred but not required.
