Sales​/Estimator

• Find and develop new business with owners, developers, architects, property managers, and general contractors
• Build and manage a pipeline of commercial projects from first contact through contract
• Track upcoming projects through bid boards, permits, plan rooms, and industry networks
• Work with estimating and operations to put together competitive bids and proposals
• Lead client meetings, site walks, and presentations
• Keep existing clients happy and bring them back for repeat work
• Represent the company at industry events (AGC, ABC, NAIOP, BOMA, CREW, and similar)
• Keep the CRM current and report on pipeline and results

• [3-5]+ years of B2B sales or business development in commercial construction or a related field
• An existing network of owners, developers, GCs, or design firms in [region] is a big plus
• Understanding of the construction process, bidding, and contract types (hard bid, negotiated, design-build)
• Ability to read basic plans and specs
• A self-starter who is comfortable prospecting and closing
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
