Base pay range: $12.00/hr - $14.00/hr this range is provided by The Little Gym International. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

• Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (we’ll teach you how!).
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. We treat our members like family here.
• Assist the Program Director in overseeing the full breadth of programs to ensure high standards of The Little Gym International are met.
• Assist the Program Director in overseeing trainings and evaluations of fellow The Little Gym team members.

• Gymnastics Coach for parent-child up through grade school ages.

The Assistant Program Director role is a full-time position, responsible for assisting the Program Director with the execution of our program at The Little Gym of Rockwall.
