Your RoleThe Logistics Specialist is responsible for executing customer vehicle relocation service orders and supporting business operations. Key activities include customer order management, communication with staff and contractors, and maintaining accurate data in the CRM.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities- Manage execution of customer orders
- Coordinate and schedule pickup and delivery while ensuring instructions are followed.
- Link multiple orders for efficient execution.
- Handle additional services: detailing, titling/registration, storage placement.
- Communicate via email, phone, and CRM with staff, ICs, and contacts; escalates issues as needed.
- Update CRM activities, notes, photos, and documents promptly.
- Create tasks and maintain accurate time‑sensitive notes.
- Ensure compliance with PARS policies, DOT regulations, and applicable laws.
- Calculate and offer flat fees on orders during manager’s absence or upon request.
- Manage storage facility (if applicable)
- Track daily vehicle numbers in and out of storage.
- Vehicle check‑in/out
- Review vehicles for damage and note issues.
- Inventory items left in vehicles.
- Move vehicles in and out of lot
- Securely bring vehicles into lot upon drop‑off.
- Stage vehicles for driver pick‑up.
- Inventory oversight
- Ensure all cars are accounted for on the lot.
- Report issues to HQ for resolution.
- Maintain organizational competencies

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years logistics experience focused on inventory movement or related field.
- Advanced Microsoft Office and CRM skills.
- Strong multitasking, detail orientation, and accurate communication.
- Ability to manage concurrent projects with high attention to detail.
- Team‑player attitude.
