We are searching for warehouse loaders to join our Filter Shipping Team. Qualified individuals must have a desire to learn new skills and a commitment to meet expectations. We’re looking for individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire to excel. Our loaders are an essential part of our distribution process. We rely on their accuracy and speed to assemble our customer’s orders.

Starting pay of $14/hr.
NO EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED! At RTT you are more than a number; you are part of the team. You are family.

• Drive power pallet jack or forklift to picking area and build pallet/load according to load sheet.
• Wrap pallet when pallet/load is finished.
• Turn in paperwork with the order before loading and have the truck checked for order accuracy.
• Stage pallet and/or load into the truck when ready.
• Maintain proper housekeeping standards in the work area.

• Accurately pick and load filters to fill customer orders.
• Meet picking goals and warehouse objectives.
• Regularly lift and move products weighing 50-165 pounds.
• Repetitively bend, lift, and twist while moving products around the warehouse.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, and forklift (once trained).
• Maintain regular, reliable, predictable attendance.

Full‑time (5 days a week).

Schedule:

Mon‑Fri, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. No weekends!
