Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist:

• Process and review invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment
• Maintain vendor records and respond to vendor inquiries
• Assist with month-end closing activities, account reconciliations, and reporting
• Support the accounting team with financial analysis and special projects as needed
• Monitor AP aging and help resolve discrepancies efficiently

Qualifications of the Accounts Payable Specialist:

• 2+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Compensation:

• Salary range: $50,000 – $65,000, depending on experience
