We are seeking a Senior Grant Accountant to join a growing finance team. This individual will play a key role in grant accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and analysis while partnering closely with finance leadership and operational stakeholders.

• Prepare and analyze grant-related financial reports and schedules
• Monitor grant expenditures and ensure compliance with funding requirements
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Reconcile grant-related accounts and investigate variances
• Support audits, reporting requirements, and funding reviews
• Develop and maintain complex financial reports and analyses
• Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of grant activity
• Provide insights and recommendations to support financial decision-making

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of accounting experience with grant accounting exposure
• Experience with grant reporting, budgeting, compliance, and financial analysis
• Strong technical accounting and reporting skills
• Advanced Excel and ERP system experience
• Experience developing and analyzing complex financial reports
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Analytical mindset with a high level of attention to detail
