FOX5 has grown to 16 hours of local content daily. We need a second assistant news director with primary responsibility for executing coverage on air and online, and teaching/growing our team of producers (local and remote) and EP’s.

FOX5 has grown to 16 hours of local content daily. We need a second assistant news director with primary responsibility for executing coverage on air and online, and teaching/growing our team of producers (local and remote) and EP’s.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Candidates will have significant experience as an Executive Producer, Assistant News Director, or News Director in a professional broadcast news outlet.

This is a position for a veteran with a background in producing and leading and teaching a team of producers and Executive Producers. Candidates must be able to clearly demonstrate their ability and track record of outstanding newscast production, innovation executing a vision, and leadership/mentorship.
