Clear Choice Dental Implant Centers is seeking a Paramedic to work as an Advanced Surgical Assistant under the direction of our Doctors and Surgeons.

Clear Choice Dental Implant Centers are a national network of dental implant centers founded in 2005 to provide innovative dental implant care to patients across the United States. Clear Choice has experienced strong growth over the years and today is a leader in the United States in providing dental implant treatments. This mission-focused work has enabled the Clear Choice network to achieve four straight years of double‑digit growth, yet we’ve only reached a small portion of the population who could benefit from Clear Choice services.

Rocky Hill, CT

As a Surgical Specialist, you will work under the supervision of a Dentist and/or Oral Surgeon as their “right hand.” You will support them in any and all tasks related to serving patients, including pre‑ and post‑operative care.

• Help receive and discharge patients, reviewing medical charts.
• Assist the surgeon in carrying out a safe operation with optimal patient care.
• Maintain equipment and the organization of the surgical center.
• Cultivate a comfortable and welcoming environment for patients, preparing them for treatment, and obtaining their dental records.
• Provide chair‑side assistance and pre‑ and post‑operative care.
• Prepare materials for impressions, take dental X‑rays as directed by a dentist.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment, prepare trays of instruments for procedures, and educate patients on post‑operative and general oral health.
• Handle all substances in accordance with Health and Safety policies.
• Be familiar with and comply with all Health and Safety rules and infection‑control guidance.
• Perform additional office duties as needed, including scheduling and receiving patients, ordering supplies, and records management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned per state regulations or licensing requirements.

• Licensed/certified Paramedic.
• Willingness to learn our processes and procedures.
• Ability to partner with our Doctors to assure the best possible patient care.
• All candidates must possess valid certifications that comply with applicable state laws.

The anticipated range for this position is $40/hour – $50/hour. Actual pay may vary based on experience, performance, and qualification.

Three‑day work weeks at a full‑time status. 4 weeks of paid vacation a year. Benefit packages including health, dental, and vision.
