, we believe exceptional patient care starts with an exceptional team. We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Office Associate to join our growing practice. The Front Office Associate serves as the first point of contact for patients and plays a critical role in creating a welcoming and positive patient experience.
- Greet and check-in patients in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Answer incoming calls and assist patients with scheduling and inquiries.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up communications.
- Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits.
- Collect payments and maintain accurate financial records.
- Update and maintain patient records in the practice management system.
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow.
- Present treatment plans and assist patients with scheduling future care.
- Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
- Support daily office operations and administrative functions.

- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous front office, customer service, healthcare, or dental office experience preferred.
- Dental insurance verification experience is a plus.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
