Compensation: $/HR

• Provide technical support on adhesives products and solutions through technical helpline.
• Timely support for technical inquiries via phone, email, and web chat.
• Visualize mechanical situations and work with customers to identify best products and potential leads.
• Entry into adhesives world, highly regarded as experts.
• Available for on-site technical training as needed; work remotely but onsite for trainings.

• Bachelor’s Degree in technical field or College Degree in Trades.
• Technical or mechanical aptitude/Hands‑on experience preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Customer related and interpersonal skills necessary.
• Proficient at navigating Microsoft Office and web‑based programs.
• Good home internet connection.
• French language an asset.
