• Lead and supervise a team of bridge inspectors, providing guidance and support.
• Plan and coordinate bridge inspections according to established protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct thorough inspections of bridges, documenting findings, and prepare detailed inspection reports.
• Analyze inspection data to assess structural conditions.
• Collaborate with engineers, clients, and stakeholders to communicate inspection results.

• B.S. degree in Civil Engineering.
• Valid Professional Engineering License.
• At least 5 years’ experience in bridge inspection.
• Completed comprehensive training courses including NHI coursework (Bridge Inspection/Refresher Training, Fracture Critical, Tunnel Inspection, Ancillary Structures, etc.).
• Highly motivated and independent with strong work ethic.
• Ability and experience to lead the work of others, communicate, and maintain proper working relationships.
• Knowledge of bridge inspection methods and procedures; experience with reporting procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Physical ability to traverse steep embankments, work within confined spaces, perform inspections while climbing structures, and lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites.
• Working knowledge of Bentley Micro Station, AutoCAD.
