Salary Range: $120,000–$160,000 per year

- Lead and supervise a team of bridge inspectors, providing guidance and support.
- Plan and coordinate bridge inspections according to established protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct thorough inspections of bridges, documenting findings, and prepare detailed inspection reports.
- Analyze inspection data to assess structural conditions.
- Collaborate with engineers, clients, and stakeholders to communicate inspection results.
- B.S. degree in Civil Engineering.
- Valid Professional Engineering License.
- At least 5 years’ experience in bridge inspection.
- Completed comprehensive training courses including NHI coursework (Bridge Inspection/Refresher Training, Fracture Critical, Tunnel Inspection, Ancillary Structures, etc.).
- Highly motivated and independent with strong work ethic.
- Ability and experience to lead the work of others, communicate, and maintain proper working relationships.
- Knowledge of bridge inspection methods and procedures; experience with reporting procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Physical ability to traverse steep embankments, work within confined spaces, perform inspections while climbing structures, and lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites.
- Working knowledge of Bentley Micro Station, AutoCAD.
