Job DescriptionWe are hiring a Senior Application Engineering Manager to lead a high-impact engineering team within a global Adhesive Technologies organization. This role supports top-tier consumer electronics customers and focuses on advanced adhesive materials, process development, and lab innovation. This is a hands‑on leadership role combining technical depth, people management, and customer‑facing engineering.
Required Skills And Experience- Bachelor s degree in Engineering or Science
- 10+ years experience with adhesives, films, or tapes used in consumer electronics
- 5+ years people management experience leading teams of 5+ engineers or scientists
- Strong background in application engineering and customer-facing roles
- Experience with FEA, flow modeling, CAD tools, and lab automation
- Proven ability to lead in fast-paced, customer-driven environments
