Job Overview

Senior Application Engineering Manager –
Rocky Hill, CT (Relocation Assistance Available). Full-time. Manufacturing | Adhesives | Consumer Electronics. Base salary $150,000 to $185,000 + bonus.

• Lead and manage a team of application engineers and scientists.
• Support key consumer electronics accounts with adhesive materials and process solutions.
• Drive development of new adhesives, films, and tape technologies.
• Own Cap Ex planning and continuous improvement of lab capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and customer quality standards.
• Mentor engineers and support long-term career growth.
• Collaborate with R&D, operations, and commercial teams.
• Apply agile methodologies to adapt to changing customer requirements.

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering or Science.
• 10+ years experience with adhesives, films, or tapes used in consumer electronics.
• 5+ years people management experience leading teams of 5+ engineers or scientists.
• Strong background in application engineering and customer-facing roles.
• Experience with FEA, flow modeling, CAD tools, and lab automation.
• Proven ability to lead in fast-paced, customer-driven environments.

• Base salary $150,000 to $185,000.
