What you’ll do- Position Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced HR Operations, Senior Analyst to support employee lifecycle management across the organization. This role is critical in delivering exceptional employee support and ensuring a smooth experience during key life and career events. This role will support the launch of a new initiative to be the first point of contact for benefits onboarding, leave of absences, and separations from Henkel.
The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and a foundational understanding of employee benefits programs. As an HR Operations, Senior Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of transformational initiatives that streamline processes, enhance employee experiences, and drive organizational success.
- We are seeking an experienced HR Operations, Senior Analyst to support employee lifecycle management across the organization. This role is critical in delivering exceptional employee support and ensuring a smooth experience during key life and career events. This role will support the launch of a new initiative to be the first point of contact for benefits onboarding, leave of absences, and separations from Henkel.
- Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for:
- New employees with questions about benefits, enrollment and eligibility.
- Employees initiating a leave of absence, currently on leave, or returning from leave.
- Employees separating from the company, including terminations, severance arrangements, and retirements.
- Provide accurate and timely information on benefits programs, leave policies, and separation processes.
- Partner closely with the Benefits team to resolve complex inquiries and elevate issues as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Document interactions and track cases to ensure follow-through and resolution.
- Support HR projects and initiatives related to employee lifecycle management
- Assist with compliant onboarding processes and employee lifecycle management across the organization
- Support regional/local HR Governance frameworks, policies, and procedures, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and regulatory requirements
