- Friday, Hybrid 2-3 days per week in office
Provides administrative support to one or more human resources functions, including recruiting, employee/labor relations, compensation, benefits, training, equal employment opportunity, and/or employee records. Compiles statistics for various HR management reports. May conduct pre‑employment screening interviews. Performs clerical and administrative tasks to support HR operations, Compliance, and projects. Completes routine data entry, report generation, and audit activities to ensure the accuracy of HR records and Compliance training.
Assists with delivering core HR processes like onboarding, candidate tracking, and reporting.
- Collaborates with WHC Compliance to develop and maintain training enrollment and tracking report monitoring to ensure compliance with established guidelines.
- Collaborates with the HR team to develop and monitor dashboards, metrics, automated data feeds, and reporting.
- Assists HR management in the development, revision, implementation and communication of company policy, procedures and administrative practices.
- Handles the administration of pre‑employment requirements for new hires in coordination with the Talent Acquisition Specialist and HR team.
- Performs clerical and administrative tasks to support HR operations and projects.
- Completes routine data entry, report generation, and audit activities to ensure the accuracy of HR records and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Assists with delivering core HR processes such as onboarding, interview scheduling, etc.
- Collaborates with HR team to develop tracking mechanisms and reporting for HR activities and functions.
- Supports the HR team in the development of forms, checklists, and policies and procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources administration.
- Advanced computer skills, with extensive experience in Microsoft products such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to “shift gears” and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a group.
- Ability to build internal relationships with WHC departments to collaborate as needed on projects and problem resolution.
