• Provide technical support on adhesive products and solutions via phone, email, and web chat.
• Visualize mechanical situations and aid customers in selecting optimal products.
• Identify potential leads through customer interactions.
• Participate in on‑site technical training as required.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field or College Degree in Trades.
• Technical or mechanical aptitude; hands‑on experience preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong customer‑related communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and web‑based programs.
