What you´ll do

Henkel’s Leadership Experience and Development Program is a 24-month rotational program starting in August 2027 designed to develop future generations of business leaders in procurement. As a participant in the program, you will:

Procurement Cohort – gather experience in various procurement areas including Logistics, Indirect Materials and Services supporting all Henkel business units
Show our full potential in day-to-day operations while we put your entrepreneurial and leadership skills to the test with the ownership of impactful projects
Have direct exposure and close cooperation with Top Management across functions and geographical scope
Receive ongoing support from your manager, mentor and through peer exchange
