NoteCandidates must bring 8+ years of progressive experience leading and growing a service organization, including direct P&L responsibility. Experience overseeing multidisciplinary teams such as technicians, sales, automation, and administrative staff is essential.

- Lead the overall strategy, performance, and growth of the service and automation division.
- Own division P&L, financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability.
- Manage and develop service technicians, sales professionals, automation personnel, and administrative staff.
- Drive revenue growth while improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Establish performance goals, KPIs, processes, and accountability across the organization.
- Evaluate staffing needs and develop teams to support continued business growth.
- Partner with sales and technical teams to identify new service and automation opportunities.
- Monitor operational and financial performance and implement corrective strategies when needed.
- Strengthen customer relationships and ensure consistently high service standards.
- Develop leaders and create a collaborative, accountable, high-performance culture.
- 8+ years of progressive service operations leadership experience.
- Proven experience running and growing a service organization or division.
- Direct P&L management experience.
- Experience leading technical/service personnel, sales teams, and administrative functions.
- Strong business development, financial management, and operational leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to improve profitability, processes, and organizational performance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
