Job Summary

Post-Harvest Specialist is a full‑time, non‑exempt position at our Rocky Hill (CTPharma) facility. The role involves overseeing and executing post‑harvest operations including cannabis buck down, curing, sorting, trimming, and related processes. Requires strong attention to detail, compliance with state regulations, and ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment and a salary of $17 per hour.

• Execute post-harvest tasks including buck down, curing, sorting, trimming.
• Maintain product quality and consistency during handling.
• Follow all SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Accurately complete required documentation and tracking.
• Assist team members and leads with daily tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

• At least 21 years of age.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Pass a background check in compliance with state regulations.
• Have reliable transportation.

Employee must frequently remain in a stationary position, move or position oneself. Must occasionally move packages weighing up to 50 lb; stand for 90% of the time. Comfortable with heights, ladder use up to 25 ft, scaffolding, changing environment temperatures/humidity. Exposure to pollen, dust, dander. Close observation required.
