iCare Health Network is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and ensure efficient operation on alternating weekend night units. This role offers 12‑hour shifts for 16‑hour pay.

• Assign, coordinate, direct, and prioritize the work of nursing staff members.
• Maintain efficient operation of the nursing unit and deliver exceptional resident care.

• Valid RN License in Connecticut.
• Experience in acute or long‑term care in a skilled nursing facility (preferred).
• Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing).
