Registered Nurse (RN) – DaVita Kidney Care,
Rocky Hill, CT

DaVita Kidney Care invites a full‑time Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, high‑quality care in an outpatient dialysis center. Your role will involve patient assessment, medication administration, machine set‑up, and collaboration with the interprofessional team to support patients with end‑stage renal disease and chronic kidney disease.

• Work a flexible full‑time schedule—3–4 days per week, 10–14 hour shifts, alternating Saturdays;
  Sundays off.
• Float to multiple outpatient clinics during training and thereafter.
• Deliver patient care in a fast‑paced, empathetic environment, managing medication, fluid, and dialysis machine set‑up.
• Observe patient vitals, document signs and metrics, and coordinate with Patient Care Technicians to conduct observations.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical goal setting to enhance patient outcomes.

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program required;
  Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• No dialysis experience required—paid training provided.
• Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med‑Surg settings is a plus.
• Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) preferred.
