Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site/remote role located in Greater Hartford for a Salesperson. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, fostering strong relationships, presenting and explaining insurance products, and closing sales. The candidate will work closely with clients to understand their insurance needs, review policies, and provide appropriate recommendations. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate client records, meeting sales targets, and staying updated on industry trends and regulations.

• Proficiency in client relationship management and customer service.
• Sales expertise with knowledge of effective negotiation and deal-closing strategies.
• Ability to adapt to client needs and present suitable insurance solutions.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management are essential.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software are beneficial.
• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry, is a plus.
• Licensure in insurance sales or willingness to obtain necessary certifications, if required.
