Position Summary

This position will provide support and assistance to the Finance Manager, Accounting Manager and Assistant Accounting Manager. Areas of responsibility will include accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank statements and data entry. This person will need strong computer and data entry skills, particularly with Microsoft Office products such as Excel.

Position Duties and Responsibilities

• Process information to pay invoices received and enter this information into the Accounts Payable system
• Receive, process, and enter data on payments received
• Maintained banking information including encashments, reconciliation, and entry of bank statements
• Assist with entry of payroll information
• Two-year degree in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance preferred
• 2 years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivables, or banking
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• SAP experience is preferred, but not required
• Ability to work in fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
