We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Estimator to join our reputable autobody shop. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in evaluating damaged vehicles and providing accurate cost estimates for repairs. Your expertise will assist in ensuring customer satisfaction, optimizing shop processes, and enhancing overall efficiency.

• Examine damaged vehicles and assess the extent of damage to determine repair needs.
• Utilize latest estimating software and tools to produce detailed and accurate repair cost estimates.
• Work closely with insurance adjusters to ensure that all estimates comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair processes, time frames, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts suppliers to ensure the availability of needed materials and to streamline repair processes.
• Monitor repair work to ensure adherence to estimates and quality standards.
• Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with insurance companies and customers.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and methods in autobody repair to continually refine estimating techniques.

• Proven experience as an Estimator in an autobody repair environment.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle construction, repair techniques, and estimating software.
• Excellent analytical and arithmetic skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work both independently and collaboratively.
